Leroy Merlin partners with an awful delivery company. This is a big reputation risk for them and they do not seem to be aware of that. First, the delivery man did not want to deliver the parcel to my apartment and wanted to leave it on the street. This is not stated in the webpage when ordering. After some convincing he accepted to deliver the parcel to my home. However, to my surprise, I have discovered that instead of properly disposing of the trash, he has abandoned it in front of my property. Really?? Is this how the trash is supposed to be managed? I paid 15€ for the delivery! This is completely unacceptable.

Its a nice place to shop for anything to do with home improvements. You may be surprised how they undercut even amazon on price for the same products. We got a lawnmower from Leroy Merlin and the prices were 10% cheaper than amazon. I had earlier purchased curtains, lamps and paint as well from here.There is something about seeing things in reality that sparks imagination.

Good assortiment, helpful people. Small walk to tram T2 stop. Helpful: at the exit you have a small workshop, where you can for example already cut pipes and beams to desired length so you can take them home easier 😉. Regularly go there now, and always amazed by how broad the offer is. Happy customer.

Excellent experience and customer service by all the staff, especially Romain Benois in the salle-de-bain section. He is super attentive to your needs, always ready to provide very valuable suggestions, and recommend products which fit your needs. I had been recently searching for stuff to renovate my bathroom, and Romain's help, service and advise made it really easier for me. Thanks a lot to him (including his willingness to speak to me in English, in view of my limited French language skills) Similarly, all the other staff was also very nice and helpful. In short, Leroy Merlin Nanterre, was a very pleasant experience, and I highly recommend the store.

Nice workers that give you nice tips but their checkout system is completely broken I just spent 30 minutes in queue just to check out and they only have 3 auto checkout machines which is clearly not enough.

Well structured store where you can find good advice for your projects. Excellent service comes together with excellent quality. A security guard assures that everyone is wearing a mask and desinfects their hands at the entrance. Only the queue at the cashiers is a bit unorganised and people stand very close to each other.
